Cardi B is opening up about her relationship with Offset, revealing that if they were still together, she would "end up killing" him.

The "Up" rapper shared her thoughts on X Spaces on June 3, expressing her gratitude to those who have been supportive and calling out those who have criticized her.

"I don't think people understand how tired I was," Cardi said, referring to her former relationship. "Drained, drained, drained. Couldn't eat. I was getting frequent headaches. I was literally losing my mind."

Cardi repeated, "I was literally losing my mind. And I gave it chances after chances after chances after chances after chances after chances."

If she was "still there," she continued, "I was going to end up going to jail, 'cause I was going to end up killing them. Seriously, with my own bare hands. 'Cause it was just getting so... it was just getting too much."

According to Cardi, outsiders look at her current situation and think, "Oh, you left somebody because they were cheating on you." But it's "more than" infidelity that caused the former couple to split, she said - it's also the "constant lies, the gaslighting... It was really messing up with my head."

Cardi also addressed the "disgusting hate" she's gotten since hard launching her new romance with Stefon Diggs.

"I do not understand why I'm getting so much disgusting hate from men. I'm even being called a ho," the star said, adding that she "was married for seven years" and "was faithful" for the duration of that time.

Cardi and Offset married in 2017 to 2020, and then again from 2022 to 2024. The pair have a daughter, Blossom, together.

Now, Cardi says she's in a happy place, dating Diggs, whom she says she "built a friendship" with prior to their romance.

"I went through a lot of f---ing trauma," the rapper said. "And I had to learn myself. Before I even got with somebody, I had to learn myself. I had to come at peace with myself, and I had to shed a lot of f---ing tears so I could finally be like, 'Yeah, I'm feeling good.' And I'm sharing that."

Cardi concluded, "Let me share that because this is really my life, that everybody having a f---ing opinion on. So shut the f--- up."
