The first look of the new biopic, Hershey, is here, and it's a sweet treat for moviegoers. The film, directed by Mark Waters, stars Finn Wittrock as Milton S. Hershey, the founder of the iconic chocolate brand, and Alexandra Daddario as his wife, Catherine "Kitty" Hershey.
The biopic will span five decades of Hershey's life, from the early 1870s to the late 1910s, and will give viewers an in-depth look into how the legacy empire came to be. The film was shot across 17 locations in Pennsylvania, Hershey's home state, making the state and locals a major part of the production process.
The star-studded cast will also include Alan Ruck, David Costabile, Daniel David Stewart, Dina Spybey-Waters, Francesca Faridany, Heléne Yorke, Michael Moreland Milligan, and Richard Kind.
Viewers will get a glimpse into Milton's dedication to children's education and cultural programs, the creation of world-class products and experiences, and his many philanthropic investments. Fashion lovers will also get a look at Daddario's 54 custom-designed costumes, which will reflect Kitty's appreciation for fashion and personal journey over time.
Hershey is set to release in 2026, in accordance with the 250th anniversary of the United States.
