Aubrey Anderson-Emmons, best known for her role as Lily Tucker-Pritchett on the hit sitcom Modern Family, is celebrating her 18th birthday and marking a new chapter in her life.
The actress, who joined the show in 2011 at the age of 4, has grown up in the public eye and has now dipped her toes in the indie pop world with the release of her first single, "Telephones and Traffic," under the name Frances Anderson.
Anderson-Emmons took to Instagram to mark the occasion, sharing a mini photo shoot of herself wearing a short, form-fitting, long-sleeved white dress, captioning it: "hehe bday week gonna go crazy 🎉". Her mom, Amy Anderson, shared 18 birthday cake emojis in the comments section.

Jesse Tyler Ferguson, who played Anderson-Emmons' TV dad Mitch on Modern Family, also took to Instagram to wish her a happy birthday, sharing an old post of them together and writing, "Happy birthday 🎉🎂".
In a recent TikTok video, Anderson-Emmons opened up about her experience as a child actress, growing up in Hollywood, and how she found her way back to acting thanks to her high school's theater program after taking some time away.
